This amazing Indonesian offering provides a very nicely balanced cup. This one started out a little tart for me. However, after a nice 4 day rest from roasting.... The flavors changed to be very sweet with the classic grapefruit notes of PNG coming through. Other tropical tones of papaya and chocolate, lingered as it cooled.
