A very unique medium roast, that starts out w/ a lot of cinnamon, semisweet cocoa, very slight berry. These beans are very small and don't always roast very evenly... but I actually think thats what adds to the uniqueness of it flavor; It is very nice. Not very bright with a heavier body, and a clean balanced flavor. The aftertaste is what really makes this coffee special. The flavor lingers, leaving tones of dried fruit, leather and bourbon on the pallete. Sana'ani coffee, refers to any coffee grown in the high altitudes around the Yemeni capital of Sana'a. Truly a winner!
