This Organic coffee is grown at high elevations on the slopes of Mount Elgon in Eastern Uganda. It is a bold and robust cup with a strong body. Its definitely not as bright as other East African offerings. I tasted bold, rich flavor notes of dark chocolate with a malty, earthy, complexity to it. There is a pleasant clean, and syrupy finish, with a tiny bit of dried fruit at the end. Overall a very nice experience.
