Bolivian is finito :(

We ran out of our, Fair-Trade / Organic offering of Bolivian coffee, which is a real bummer. It was quite popular. We tried hard to restock one similar, but all the Bolivian samples we've received, haven't even come close to being as good. I think we will end up stocking a fair-trade coffee from Peru w/ a similar flavor profile. I got beautiful notes of bittersweet chocolate & creme brulee in the sample we received. I think it will be a worthy replacement for our Bolivian fanatics until we can sample the next harvest, with hopefully better results.
